What are your responsibilities?

• Run shifts (morning or evening), assisting other employees to ensure prompt guest service.
• Supervise the front office team, supporting them with general operational tasks

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on arrival and bid them a fond farewell on leaving. Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests.

• Ensure the team follows up on any guest's complaint

• Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis and you will be a key player in helping our guests make the most of their stay at the hotel.

• Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals (Guest satisfaction, Associates well being, upsell goals, enrollments goals, Marriott goals + accounting tasks)

• Train, coach and supervise the Front Office team in order to support engagement, opportunity and development.
