Tumbi Hotel - Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Restaurant Hostess to join our team. As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Take reservations and manage the waitlist

- Assist in seating guests and maintaining the flow of the restaurant

- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station

- Assist with other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager

Work Experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Multi-lingual abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
