Job Requirements
The Front Desk is the first and last impression of our hotel. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while efficiently managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming check-in experience
· Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
· Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests
· Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
· Handle guest concerns and service recovery with empathy and urgency
· Maintain accurate billing, post charges, and balance transactions
· Monitor and enroll guests in the Hilton Honors program
· Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
· Follow all brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies
Work Experience
Qualifications
· Previous customer service experience required (hotel experience preferred)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
· Basic computer proficiency (hotel PMS experience preferred)
· Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Must be 21 or older
