Marketing Intern - Curricular Internship

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in all aspects of

Hilton Milan presence both online, media and sales.

The intern will complete this internship with:

·         An understanding of content marketing and public relations practices;

·         An understanding of email marketing;

·         An understanding of how, where and why content and public relations fit into a brand's

·         marketing strategy;

·         An understanding of how to use online platforms to collaborate with relevant individuals.

·         An understanding of how to creatively create content.

Main role responsibilities:

·         Provide competitive research and analysis support;

·         Assist with implementation of multichannel marketing and ecommerce campaigns;

·         Help with collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data from client marketing campaigns;

·         Assist with advertising and marketing promotional activities including social media, mobile, mail, e-mail, web, and print;

·         Assist with the content maintenance of the brand website and OTAs;

·         Work with various databases;

·         Assist with the production of ad hoc reports and presentations;

·         Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities;

·         Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events;

·         Draft client communications, content for blogs, website, and social media.

·         Previous experience in a customer-focused industry;

·         Positive attitude and good communication skills;

·         Excellent grooming standards;

·         Ability to work on your own and as part of a team;

·         Competent level of IT proficiency and Social Media;

·         Good knowledge of English;

·         Good knowledge of Italian.
