Responsibilities:

·  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel kitchen
·  Develop and implement menus that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation
·  Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
·  Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
·  Monitor and manage food costs and inventory
·  Collaborate with hotel management to create special events and promotions

Work Experience

Requirements:

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience managing hotel kitchens
·  Strong leadership and team management skills
·  Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair
·  In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
·  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
