What will I be doing?

As a Groups Coordinator, you will be in charge of the planning of the group pre arrival as well as looking after them throughout the stay and the closing of the group after departure therefore must perform the following tasks with the higher standards:

Main Duties

• Group management from the moment contract is signed.
• Create, amend, track all system steps necessary for the group completion such as build SRPs, create pro-forma, make sure payments and deposit schedules are set and followed
• Insert Rooming List in the system, update payment instructions and enter important information relevant to the group
• Ensure that all details of each function are clearly communicated and that any last-minute changes are regularly passed on to maximise efficiency and standards
• Ensure all functions sheets and group handover are completed on time and issued to all relevant departments & run weekly handover meetings
• Complete the organisation of groups to post-event follow-up in order to ensure client satisfaction and rebooking
