What will you be doing?

As Cluster Sales Manager MICE, you will work towards a common goal, following a strategy set forth by the Commercial Director and Director of Sales. You will be responsible for maintaining the client portfolio, building trust with your clients and ensuring the Hilton Hotels in Prague are always their first choice. You will analyse past data and future trends to assist you with the development of your market.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Analyzing past data and future trends to assist you with the development of your market.
  • Developing customer accounts both remotely and via travel to client calls and tradeshows.
  • Identifying business needs and working towards growing market/customer share in all revenue streams
  • Maintaining a robust action plan for achieving success in your market
  • Participating in developing strategies and marketing plans to fulfill short & long term goals
  • Developing your social media presence in order to capture client interest
  • Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
  • Cooperating with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience
  • Attending Sales events, initiative and social functions as required
  • Producing accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
  • Creating and producing sales events
  • Daily communication with client base

Fluent communication in English. Knowledge of other languages, especially German, will be an advantage.
