Job description
Key tasks
Assist in supervising the function of assigned kitchen area, facilities, food and labor cost.
Ensure mise en place and procduction of pastries, desserts - oven-baked, puddings, chocolate and bread.
Assist in ensuring compliance of the Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Assist in the performance of duties and responsibilities in the absence of immediate superior.
