We are looking for a skilled and professional Beautician to join our Waldorf Astoria Spa team. The Beautician will deliver a range of hair, beauty, and grooming services to the highest Waldorf Astoria and Forbes Spa Standards, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all hair, beauty, and grooming services according to Waldorf Astoria Spa standards.

· 
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked salon and treatment room.

· 
Provide warm, professional, and precise service to all guests.

· 
Support retail displays, stock control, and monthly inventories.

· 
Maintain equipment and hygiene standards as per company policies.

· 
Be knowledgeable about all spa services, treatments, and products.

· 
Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.

· 
Participate in regular training, team activities, and assist with spa operations as required.

Requirements:

· 
Proven experience as a beautician or similar role in a luxury spa or hospitality environment.

· 
Strong knowledge of haircare, skincare, grooming, and salon hygiene standards.

· 
Excellent communication, guest service, and teamwork skills.

· 
Flexibility to support spa operations and adapt to changing guest needs.
