Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an  Apprentice Chef , you’re not just working alongside experienced chefs to gain practical experience in a professional kitchen – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

·  Support kitchen operations: Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to ensure efficient service
·  Develop culinary skills: Observe and practice essential techniques, including knife handling, sautéing, and baking
·  Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination
·  Participate in Health & Safety development programs: Complete online food hygiene training to gain new skills and knowledge and advance your culinary career
·  Complete all aspects of the training programme 
· 
4 days on site in the hotel, and 1 day in college
