Title: 2020 Hilton India Management Trainee
The Management Trainee Program in India aims to prepare the next generation of operational leaders at Hilton. You will learn all aspects of hotel operations and the critical skills needed to be successful in a management position. In this 18-month program, you will participate in a general hotel rotation throughout all departments and finish with an operational specialization.

What will I be doing?
This Management Trainee Program in India consists of an 18-month structured journey with three distinct phases:
Phase 1: Explore
You will undergo a rotated a fast-paced hotel orientation to learn the fundamentals of running a great hotel.
Phase 2: Experience
You will select an operational specialization and take a deeper dive into understanding the function and how it relates to others.
Phase 3: Excel
You will receive a cross-exposure opportunity to another Hilton hotel nationally or internationally. Also, you will be guided to perform supervisory duties while completing a business value-adding project.
You will be placed at a hotel in your country of origin.
Upon graduation, you can expect to be placed in an entry-level manager role (or equivalent).

· Graduates in any discipline or 3-year diploma education in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent

· Ability to work on your own or in teams
