As a member of the engineering team, you will enthuse us with your expertise and creative approach to application-oriented product innovations.

Your responsibilities include providing technical support to specifiers, government agencies, customers and the company’s sales support staff to promote the specification and use of Hilti products.

Your responsibilities

·  Customer-oriented and able to communicate on all technical matters with design engineers, customers, government bodies, by telephone, mail or in person. Discuss product issues / applications and ensures that all information is accurate.
·  Raise awareness for Hilti’s products by conducting trainings and seminars for consultants and /or projects.
·  Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (such as Account Managers). This includes identifying, developing and providing technical assistance for new applications, construction trends and business potential.
·  Excellent knowledge of Quality System Procedures and able to produce calculations for Hilti fixings for the key project in accordance with local regulations.

Your profile

·  Strong academic credentials - possess at least a Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
·  At least 1 year of relevant experience in technical specifications, project coordination and commercially inclined. For applicants without experience, training will be provided.
·  High commitment, self-responsibility and customer orientation
·  Professional PC skills, solid presentation and negotiation skills
·  Class 3 driving license is essential
