Fleet & Car Park Attendant - Heathrow Airport - 25 Hours per week

Please note that this role a casual key time worker position, candidate expected to work a 25 hour changeable week across 7 days.

Shift work, 5 out of 7 days but must be flexible to work every day (over a roster) and a mix of 0600 start and 2300 finish

Main Responsibilities:

To manage the daily operations with regards to in-fleet, defleet and maintenance whist driving continuous improvement in the car park to ensure the maximum utilisation of fleet mix at all times. Key focus on upselling & walk up availability in order to increase the branch profitability.

Planning

·  To ensure agreed car groups are available in TAS for CSR’s to auto assign
·  To support Gold by allocating Gold and Elite criteria cars in accordance with the Gold procedure
·  To work with IR TL to ensure the supermarket is in operation and reflects the demand hour by hour
·  Clear the canopy of blocked and OC cars

Customer Service

·  To maximise customer satisfaction within your control, and communicate with all staff to ensure consistency.
·  Ensure car park and vehicle conditions standards are met at all times.
·  Assist customers with controls of their vehicle and programming GPS units.
·  Assisting customers with luggage and locating of their vehicle.

Health & Safety

·  Supervise and assist the operations of car transporters whilst they are on site and any external drivers
·  Report any potential issues within all external areas, especially fuel/debowsing area, valet, car wash, maintenance, staff car park, barriers and blockers, that may relate to Health and safety. If necessary take action to resolve.

Miscellaneous

·  Assist in the delivery and collection of vehicles at your manager's request
·  Ensure any lost property items found in vehicles are handed over via the relevant process
