What is this role all about?

With line management from the Marketing Communications and Online Content Managers , the Digital Marketing intern will interface with Hertz International Marketing team.

The intern will have the opportunity to understand digital marketing in relation to the car rental sector. They will be a creative thinker and have the opportunity to assist in the development of online contentof all EMEA promotions, campaigns and plans ensuring they are brought to life via all Hertz marketing channels.

Their key function is to ensure the smooth and cohesive implementation of all Hertz marketing plans, products and promotions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

·  Provide support for the development and implementation of all Hertz promotions within Hertz international channels to be delivered within timelines set.
·  Coordinate creative, Translation and copy requirements for all activity with appropriate teams.
·  Manage the delivery of assets to 3rd party partners.
·  Manage web content for Hertz international channels, partner micro sites and franchisee’s/GSA’s via a range of content management tools including Interwoven, AEM, Double Click and Google Analytics.
·  Coordinate the creation and testing of hertzlinks and club links for partner channels.
·  Provide ad hoc marketing support for In-Country and GSAs, including the development and production of marketing materials/ POS.

What do we need from you?

Educational Background:

·  Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

Skills:

·  Strong interest or understanding of marketing, digital media and brand management.
·  High attention to detail and process driven
·  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
·  Fluent written English language skills
·  Exceptional communication and organisational skills
·  Ability to think and plan combined with good day-to-day management
·  Adaptable whilst working in a multi-cultural environment
·  Experience of using content management tools desirable but not essential
