Our European Service Centre office based in Swords Dublin employs approximately 900 people with over 29 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for a German Speaking Claims Administrator to join the Claims Administration team.

What is this role all about?

The German speaking Claims Administrator is responsible for converting accident reports into insurance cases, review accident reports and key in all information required into the case on the system as per agreed SLA and procedures outlined in the procedure manuals available to maximise First Party or Third Party recovery potential and reduce the risk of a payout.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

·  Reporting the incidents - Claims are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
·  Open case and determine handling
·  Process claims -Damage costs are documented, liability is established and a claim is initiated against therelevant party where appropriate. Customer contacts Retrieve damage supporting documents and written communication with customer
·  Ensure the quality and accuracy of data entry into the system

Essential Requirements:

What do we need from you?

·  Previous experience in an office environment working with others desirable
·  Fluency in English & German – Written & Spoken essential
·  Good understanding or familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications
·  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
