Job description

Your mission will be:

Monitoring and analysis of category and brand performance:
o Monthly sales results of Herta and competition via Nielsen analysis
o Update dashboards and business reports to prepare monthly business planning meetings
o Measure promotional effectiveness and update promotional plan
o Give actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis

Support the category manager in implementing strategies at retailer level:
o Participate to retailers analysis to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
o Help prepare planograms for retailers
o Create one pager for the sales team & field team
o Participate to the field meeting presentation

Desired profile

Profil needed:
- You are attending a master's degree (MS/MSc/Bac+4/5)
- You are analytical, result focused, autonomous, and above all an open-minded team player with good communication skills
- You are fluent in English and French (dutch is a plus)
- Office & Nielsen knowledge is a plus
- You are available from July 2026, for 6 months (or longer)
