Transport Planner (m/f)

Key responsibilities

• Planning and optimization of transport orders (sea, air and road)
• Ensuring high utilization and punctual arrival of shipments
• Preparation of shipping documents and EKÁER registration
• Coordinate customs clearance process
• Ensure compliance with all legal and corporate standards concerning transport (especially dangerous goods)
• Cooperating with other departments like Quality, Customer Service, Supply Planning
• Follow up and manage KPI targets of service providers
• Support to keep logistics cost on an optimum level and reach a satisfactory end customer service level

Who we are looking for

• Preferably a candidate with degree in Logistics or appropriate working experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Good interpersonal skills, problem solving attitude
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP system experience
• Communication level English knowledge
