Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

· 
Minimum of two (2) years sales experience within the hairdressing and salon industry is preferred.

·  Computer literacy especially in using Microsoft Office software.
·  An enthusiastic team-player, competent, proactive and passionate.

Key responsibilities

· 
Achieve monthly and annual territory sales targets while actively identifying and converting strategically aligned prospect accounts.

· 
Effectively implement company brands within a territory, leveraging promotional opportunities, staff incentives, product merchandising and staff sales training.

· 
Process sales orders, set territory plans, deliver retail educational training in salons and represent Schwarzkopf Professional at events.

·  Share leads and insight to your team to achieve the state result.
