The Route Co- Ordinator is an exciting new position working within the Master Data Team. You will be required to act as the single point of contact between Logistics and Supply Planning, Intercompany and Production for monitoring routes.

The key objectives include:

· Analysing and controlling new route creations and the impact on supply chain.
· Communicating effectively across organisational lines for the collection and entry of required data.
· Ensuring that all master data for supply chain is accurate and up to date and acting as a focal point to ensure processes and data entries are aligned and compliant with business procedures.
· Acting as a coordinator to ensure timely and accurate data implementation for new routes, coordinating all activities between all stakeholders involved in the process
· Managing route creation and route changes in SAP for all Adhesives Business Units in Europe both inbound and outbound.
· Coordinating actions to effectively manage each error case to ensure that replenishment orders both inbound and outbound are dealt with in a courteous, accurate & timely manner.
· Following up on errors to ensure clear communication is provided to supply planning, logistics and the customer service team.
· Analysing information to provide overview and potential improvement plans.
· Liaising regularly with other functions such as Intercompany Customer Service, Supply Planning, Logistics, Master Data, Business Process Owners and the Shared Service Centre, to ensure requirements are fully understood.
· Creating weekly, monthly reports & KPIs as defined by Intercompany.



Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Experience of Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales or Customer Processes
·  An understanding of Demand Planning, Production Planning, Production, Supply Chain Execution, or OTC -knowledge
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Excellent IT skills to include SAP experience and Microsoft Excel
