The Quality Assurance Specialist uses quality engineering tools to design quality into Henkel products and processes. Individual must support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Henkel quality processes and initiatives. This position supports all departments of the organization to drive continuous improvements and a culture of Quality. Individual will also conduct or supervise quality audits to assure compliance to corporate quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What we offer:
Works closely with Regional Quality leader and local NA resources to design and implement effective quality system procedures in alignment with business objectives. Must ensure compliance with all Henkel Corporate policies, procedures and regulatory requirements including GMP requirements for cosmetic and OTC drug manufacturing sites. Additional duties and responsibilities include: • Assist in creating and maintaining Quality documents, such as SOPs, Non-Conformance Reports, and CAPAs • Assist with the development and execution of quality training programs • Assist with problem solving, gap analysis, and data trending • Contribute to the development and execution of organizational projects and initiatives • Assist with quality evaluations and release of materials & products • Participate in internal and external audits • Assist with implementation and maintenance of ISO 22716 GMP

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or related field • 3-5 years related experience with supplier quality systems • ASQ certification is an asset • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an asset
