The Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift leads the safe, cost effective and quality manufacturing operations of Henkel Corporation including direct supervision of the hourly workforce on the shift they are responsible for. This includes the fair and consistent application of Henkel’s policies and procedures, Employee/temporary development, and the integration of the Henkel Production System (HPS) program. Adherence to Henkel’s Safety, Health, and Environmental standards and practices and Henkel AC Manufacturing’s vision and strategy are maintained as a top priority.

2nd Shift - Monday through Friday 2pm - 11pm

What we offer

· The Production Supervisor is empowered to make decisions regarding:
· Coordination of the on-shift work force
· Immediate correction of safety hazards
· Administration of Henkel’s policies and procedures
· Manufacturing personnel issues. Progressive discipline of Employees and Temporaries
· Implementation of continuous improvement (HPS) programs as directed by the Plant and/or Production Manager.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Minimum of three years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role preferred.
·  Outstanding organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
·  Experience in a Lean/Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
·  Demonstrates leadership, excellent problem solving, and conflict management skills (horizontal and vertical).
·  Demonstrates a professional team-player attitude toward work and co-workers.
·  Must be able to embrace/drive change.
·  Computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, SAP (preferred)
