Henkel's operations department is responsible for the performance and execution of the manufacturing of products. They provide engineering support, logistics, environmental support, customer service, continuous improvement, trouble-shooting, and general manufacturing management.

What we offer

· Production and resources planning on weekly basis and execution as per monthly production plan for individual plant.
· Maintain 5 S level and ensure Safety, Health and Environment compliance. Tracking downtime analysis and planning of maintenance and project related activities.
· Responsible for manufacturing quality product across various category.
· Training and development of subordinates, Execution and commissioning of new process and Maintaining and updating of IMS documents

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelors' degree with major in Chemical.
·  Minimum 3 (three) years' of experience into managerial capacity with 10 direct reports.
·  Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
·  Must have exposure to Batch processes, knowledge of continuous process will be an added advantage.
