What we offer
· Perform daily payroll department operations and manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
· Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
· Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
· Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
· Process manual check and relocation metric's
· Support employees with disclaims/payroll-related issues

Qualifications :
Who we are looking for
· At minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Business; Human Resources specialization is a strong plus
· 2-5 years' experience in Payroll
· High potential to cover, in the future, HR roles as HR Business Partner, Labor Relations Manager, Recruitment Partner and generally interested in growing in HR Department
· Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills, ability to communicate with various levels of management
· Problem-solving, analytical skills, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
· Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel, Access is a plus
· Fluency in English
