The Packaging Supply Coordinator is responsible for keeping the label inventory accurate. We offer competitive compensation with base hourly rate based on skills and experience. We offer a clean, cool working environment in most areas of our facility.

What we offer

· Receive, inspect, stage and issue packaging components for production departments. This includes ensuring inventory is available for items on production schedule, verifying that accurate labels orders are received into the computer system, inspecting the label to verify part number on production schedule and make labels readily available for production.
· Perform inventory counts on packaging and make adjustments to computer system based on what has been received and used in production process to provide accurate label inventories
· Develop and identify an accurate shrink factor for each packaging components.
· Communicate with managers, supervisors, inventory control and scheduling personnel to maintain accurate label and bottle inventories and communicate changes.
· Troubleshoot problem areas (label shortage, quality issues) as they arise and establish procedures to reduce schedule changes/downtime for label/bottle problems.
· Issue monthly shrink and inventory reports to department managers.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
·  Knowledge of manufacturing, planning, bill of materials, control systems and inventory management.
·  Computer data entry experience with main frame and PC systems and working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and Lotus Notes software.
·  Prior cherry picker and forklift experience
·  Excellent written, math, communication and problem solving skills.
