We are seeking a Mixing Lead to assist the supervisor on our 2nd shift Mixing area at our Richmond, MO location.

· Lead 2nd Shift personnel, assisting supervisor in daily activities.
· Weigh-up make ready batches, using bulk, liquid and cures scales and Bulk Bag Stations.
· Read and understand mixing instructions.
· Operate Mixers to mix make readies.
· Taking samples for testing.
· Cut out finished batches on floor-water tanks and load into cages.
· Run clean-outs in mixers between different batches.

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  High School Diploma or GED/equivalent required.
·  Prior manufacturing experience required; 3 -5 years strongly preferred
·  Fork lift experience strongly preferred.
·  Must have good oral and written communication skills.
·  Must be able add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
·  Must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
·  Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds on an occasional basis.
