Responsible for the North America Laundry & Homecare Co-Packing WIP and packaging materials. Owns cross-functional relationships with Finished Good Planning, Co-Packing, Logistics, Warehousing and Suppliers teams.

What we offer

· Support over $75 Million Gross Sales for NA L & HC through exceptional Logistics Planning, Material Planning and Inventory controls
· Responsible for NA Planning and Deployment of WIP and Materials to support co-packing locations with an average range of materials between 300 – 500 items and over $6M in purchasing spend per year
· Develop and execute weekly and daily schedules of WIP from warehouses to co-packing locations, driving clear handovers between planning, warehousing and manufacturing
· Manage Logistics Team execution to Stock Transfer Order requested delivery dates.
· Manage Suppliers execution to Purchase Order requested delivery date and quantity.
· Analyze forecasts, lead times, safety stock and other material master data as needed for assigned direct materials.
· Monitor disposal disposition and ensure timely completion.
· Collaborate with purchasing to ensure appropriate lead times and minimum order quantities are in effect.
· Drive escalations to ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place for out of stock or at risk materials.
· Partner with Supply Planning to support New item launches and item transitions
· Create ProWeb purchase requisitions and support SSC in invoice discrepancies as needed.
· Monthly/Adhoc Report creation and management

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's Degree required
·  3-5 Years' experience in production planning and scheduling
·  Material planning professional with proven track record of superior inventory management
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
·  Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills
·  Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel using pivot tables and v-lookups)
·  Fundamental skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Power BI reporting are preferred
·  Demonstrated knowledge of SAP, APO or other ERP systems required
