As a machine operator, you will produce a top-quality product by safely, effectively, and efficiently operating and completing basic maintenance on various types of equipment and machinery which may include (but is not limited to) fillers, blow molders, case erectors, automatic palletizers, and injection molding machines. You will work together with your team members both on and off your shift to find ways to solve problems and make improvements in the process.

Job Responsibilities: We offer a competitive pay of up to $17.00 p/h depending on experience. A generous paid time off package including paid holidays, vacation, personal days, and sick time. Who we are looking for

Skills & Requirements: – Here is what you'll need to be considered for this position:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English to communicate and interact effectively with associates at all levels
• Must have basic computer and math skills
• Previous experience working in a production environment and/or operating equipment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic Lean principles such as 5S, TPM, Root Cause Analysis is highly desired
