What we offer

· Handle order processing tasks such as order receiving, order entry, and issuing of invoice.
· Support administrative works related to customer orders and requirements.
· Coordinate and follow-up production schedule from planners to match customer orders.
· Act as a key contact person for customer inquiries.
· Responsible in other assignments and new projects related to order processing, customer requirements, customer services improvement, cost improvement.

Perfil buscado

Qualifications :

Qué buscamos

·  Administrative training.
·  Experience in customer service for a manufacturing firm.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
·  SAP knowledge
·  sales and distribution module is an advantage
·  Strong communication skills.
·  Customer orientation and proactive thinking.
