In the Beauty Care E-commerce department we are offering an internship for a period of 6 months to a highly motivated and digitally experienced student. The department focuses on e-commerce as well as on global and strategic sales projects. We offer manifold opportunities to gain experience and insights into the daily work of a global business.

What we offer

· Active involvement in the execution of the global e-commerce strategy
· Own set of responsibilities for specific projects (e.g. guideline for e-commerce, content creation, creation and tracking of relevant KPIs)
· Support in-training document creation within strategic projects
· Independent project steering as well as cooperation with other departments (e.g. sales, marketing, media) and agencies
· Understanding current and future market trends/dynamics, market research and analysis
· Identifying and evaluating market opportunities

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies with outstanding results
·  High affinity for e-commerce and digital topics
·  Practical and international experience, gained by internships or semesters abroad, is beneficial
·  Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
·  Firm knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
·  Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
·  Self-motivated and results-driven team player with a high level of independence and an open-minded personality
