This position is primarily engaged in day-to-day customer inside sales and support activities. Individual is responsible for establishing business relationships with customers consistent with company goals and objectives. These goals and objectives are generally described as maximizing customer satisfaction in an effort to drive sales revenue.

What we offer

· Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the customer base both internally and externally.
· Maximizes customer satisfaction in an effort to grow sales revenue.
· Effectively manages customer conflict.
· Provide customer quotations including follow-up activity.
· Assists in the procurement of product samples.
· Assists with product related inquiry as required.
· Helps coordinate additional resources as required (Technical, Product Management, Sales Management etc.)
· Order entry execution and maintenance with a high degree of accuracy.
· Issues New Part Releases (NPR's) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO's);
· Effectively manages blanket contracts.
· Expedites customers' orders and assists in maintaining on time deliveries of orders by working closely with Production, Product Management, Quality and Shipping personnel.
· Effectively manages electronic customer communication.
· Assists in the identification and resolution of quality discrepancies while maintaining a close relationship with customers and representatives.
· Issues Return Material Authorization (RMA) and may initiate Corrective Actions (CAR's).
· Issues credit memos.
· Documents and updates customer requirements in the alert system.
· Provides input on department policies and procedures.
· Assist in market, customer and product intelligence gathering.
· Recommends pricing, terms and conditions policies.
· Prepare meaningful and timely written reports.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Two-year college degree or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
·  Minimum of two years' experience in customer support or inside sales.
·  Industrial business-to-business experience a plus.
·  International experience a plus.
