An excellent opportunity has arisen to directly support the HR Operations Team in their day to day activities including Payroll and Compensation & Benefit administration alongside interesting project work. There will also be the opportunity to support our HR Business Partners and other HR functional specialisms.

What we offer

· To support the monthly and weekly Payroll systems and processes for UK & Ireland and understand the complexities in managing high volume transactional activities
· Understanding and contributing to compensation & benefits administration
· To play a significant part in key HR projects involving the new HR Wiki page, current filing/storage systems
· To learn about and be involved in the local HR digital strategy
· Looking at current HR processes and supporting with process improvements
· Assist in building HR data analytics
· To provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities

We offer compansation package for this role 21K.

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Academic degree in Human Resources Management or other project/statistics related discipline
·  Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools; especially Excel
·  SAP knowledge is an advantage
·  Excellent organisation / administration skills and attention to detail
·  Good analytical skills and time management
·  Fluent in English
·  Team player with excellent communication skills
·  Available for a minimum of 6 months from April 2017
