This position provides administrative support head of Henkel North American Adhesive Operations.

What we offer (Position Description)

· Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and
activities.
· Creates and develops visual presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other software.
· Establishes, develops, maintains / updates electronic filing system, retrieving information
when needed.
· Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
· Opens mail, drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
· Responds to regularly occurring requests for information
· Answers phones, takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
· Works in cooperation with other assistants to cover phones.
· Acts as a liaison with other departments. Handles confidential and non-routine information
and explains policies when necessary.
· Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts
as project manager for special projects, which may include: planning and coordinating
multiple presentations, disseminating information and coordinating mailings.
· Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business
plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
· Compiling and submitting travel/expense reimbursement, documenting corporate credit card
expenses and submitting through the Concur system including translation of foreign currency.

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for (Qualifications)

·  3+ years of related administrative/executive assistant experience required.
·  Prior experience managing executive calendars, travel, organization of meetings, and other related duties.
·  Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.

·  High School diploma required.
