The Demand Planner leads the detailed item level demand planning function for adhesives. Responsible for Item / Plant / Key Account forecasts that support the adhesive strategic targets for forecast accuracy, End customer service level and inventory turns. The demand planner leads the demand reviews that support sales and operations planning. This position has strong interfaces between the sales, marketing and supply planning teams.

What we offer

· Review item level Forecast accuracy metric's.
· Support the Sales and Operations Planning Process for demand reviews supporting the monthly calendar.
· Supports the team for ECSL and Inventory performance.

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelors Degree, in Supply Chain strongly preferred.
·  0 – 3 years of experience in a Demand Planning role (recent grad will be considered).
·  Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
·  Ability to influence and collaborate with other departments.
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Outstanding leadership ability.
·  Outstanding organizational skills.
