An excellent opportunity has arisen for you to join as a Customer Service Clerk, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. As the Customer Service Clerk, you will be directly responsible for managing the inbound communication from internal and external customers, identifying customer needs and ensuring appropriate resolution. This role supports the Professional business in delivering market leading products to the Salon and Wholesale industries

Key Challenges

· Manage multiple sources of communication from the customer such as phone, and email and ensuring the appropriate resolution is reached
· Responsible for the customer order process to include taking orders over the phone
· Help drive and achieve the teams KPI performance
· Ensure accurate allocation of error reason codes
· Proactively manage and support end to end business processes
· Highlight key trends across KPI results and suggest possible solutions
· Work within company practice, guidelines and compliance
· Support the customer service team in daily operations and help to identify improvement projects

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Previous experience within an office based customer service role or a call centre
·  Excellent communicator & influencer
·  Good administration and IT skills to include MS Office and SAP
·  Able to work calmly under pressure and deliver excellent customer satisfaction
·  Ideally experienced within the FMCG industry
