We are seeking a Production Coordinator on 3rd shift to join our team in Cannon Falls! Come join a leader in the adhesives and circuit board industry! The starting wage for this role is $20/hour with an additional $1.00/hour shift differential.

· Performs multiple manufacturing operations in which tasks are complex and typically involve the resolution of unusual or difficult problems.
· Analyzes workload and communicates to operators the need to move from various operations throughout the day depending on workload needs.
· Uses process & quality records to improve assigned area, and works with the others to establish corrective actions to mitigate ongoing concerns.
· Identifies any equipment malfunctions, and puts actions into place to get resolved.
· Ensure proper training of assigned employees, and supporting documentation is current. Updates documentation as necessary.

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Related Post Secondary school a plus
·  Minimum of 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
·  Must have or obtain Hazardous Materials Handling Training on a 3 year rotational basis.
