Job Summary: Operate, monitor and maintain a mixer and all related equipment per Standard Operating Procedure.

What we offer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain a safe work environment
· Be able to read and understand batch sheets for mixer operations.
· Ability to understand and correct process variability.
· Perform all necessary duties to make batches
· Stage raw materials
· Load mixers
· Test product
· Maintain clean work environment, adhering to 5S standards, including, but not limited to, operate pressure washer, sweep floors, operate floor scrubber and trash removal
· Complete batch sheets and housekeeping paperwork
· Operate and work with various pumps and hoses to transfer material between containers and kettles
· Sample products for QC testing
· Operate sit down and walk behind forklifts
· Attend training as scheduled
· Perform SAP duties as directed
· Other duties as directed by supervision

Who we are looking for

Minimum Qualifications:
·  Education — Must be able to pass Henkel's basic skills assessments
·  Experience — 3-5 years manufacturing experience, forklift experience
·  Special skills — computer knowledge
·  Certifications and licenses — N/A
Physical Requirements:
·  Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
·  Must be able to stand for long periods of time
·  Must be able to pass forklift certification and operate the forklift on a daily basis
