An excellent opportunity for a Purchasing Intern to join the Henkel team. As a member of the Purchasing team you will assist with the departments requests included but not limited to quotations, managing tenders, as well as partnering with stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business units needs.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Skills and experience

·  Bachelor's degree
·  Knowledge and recent experience in procurement highly respected
·  Previous experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods is ideal
·  Pro-active and can manage ambiguity
·  Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate immediate competency
·  Analytical and attention to detail a must

Key responsibilities

· 
Ensure e2e-compliance in regional ‘Source to Pay' process

· 
Ensure continuous improvement & implementation of best-in-class processes & systems

· 
Support categories with local specifics / data for sourcing activities

·  Implement global sourcing strategies.
· 
To be first Purchasing/Finance contact for local / regional business
