Senior Epoxy Research Chemist (Automotive)

We are currently looking for a senior-level research chemist who will apply advanced scientific theories, principles and concepts to formulate and assist with a scale up and launch of a broad range of new products with particular focus in the epoxy and rubber based adhesives and plastisol sealants for automotive industry applications.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant technical field is required. MS or PhD preferred.
·  3+ years of experience in formulation of epoxy/rubber based adhesives or plastisol sealants is required.
·  Knowledge and experience with DOE or other experiment designing tools.
·  Experience developing and production scale up of adhesives/ sealants.
·  Strong focus on safety and quality of work.
·  Excellent verbal and presentation skills with experience presenting to top management, customers and public groups.
·  Excellent problem solving skills.
