What we offer

· Contribute to achievement of P&L, top-line and bottom-line targets
· Assist Brand Manager in developing and conducting business analysis for business plan and marketing program justification
· Track consumption trends through accessing IRI/Nielsen database, analyzing results, and compiling key issues and indicated actions.
· Manage SKU offering and inventories. Recommend SKU rationalization and optimization initiatives based on topline volume, bottom-line profitability, and supply/demand efficiencies
· Lead small, medium, and large scale projects such as bonus packs, artwork re-designs, and new item innovations
· Collaborate with Sales leadership in the development of customer facing communication and strategy.
· Assist Brand Manager with major new product development initiatives, including identifying consumer insights, partnering with R&D, coordinating market research, developing package copy
· Responsible for tracking monthly shipment/consumption and competitive activity
· Develop and effectively execute all consumer and customer marketing programs, including consumer promotions, e-commerce and social media programs.
· Contribute to market research surrounding new products, packaging communications and other initiatives.
· Actively participate in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback)
· Prepare and present monthly shipment forecast
· Track and maintain budgeted financial targets for all marketing programs

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's Degree in related field
·  Previous internships or experiences in sales, marketing, retail, public relations, and/or advertising
·  Demonstrated leadership ability
·  Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas.
·  Project Management experience a plus.
·  Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; solid analytical skills
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills
·  Ability to balance multiple objectives and prioritize accordingly
