The Account Executive-Franchise is responsible for the successful growth of Kenra Professional salons, distributor stores, and distributor partners; managing daily, weekly, monthly activity plans; and contributing to the achievement of the Company's goals.

What we offer

· Increase success in Kenra Professional franchise business within geographic territory, with specific focus on foundational salons and stores
· Increase sales-to-franchisee through successful implementation of the pre-buy process and placement of all promotions and launches
· Follow and implement the sales processes as trained in the Sales Academy
· Grow the Kenra Professional share of wallet in existing franchise business and prospect for new salons to increase Kenra Color business in geographic territory
· Educate and train salons, distributor stores, distributor consultants through dynamic facilitation of trainings and meetings
· Ensure long-term success of foundation salons through effective implementation of Kenra Professional Loyalty Program
· Attend and ensure successful shows, meetings, and events within territory
· Implement and document weekly and monthly responsibilities in a timely manner
· Maintain and update customer profile database
· Increase overall brand awareness through accurate merchandising of the Kenra Professional brand in points of distribution
· Manage time, resources, and funds for overall territory in a responsible and effective manner

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  HS Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred

·  Cosmetology license preferred
·  1+ years sales experience required. Beauty industry sales experience preferred
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Strong communication
·  Ability to motivate others
·  Ability to be flexible with changing business needs.

·  Ability to travel up to 75% throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi
