Job description

We are a key partner for healthcare marketing, learning and development; we offer special projects management and Office Sales/Marketing service to companies within healthcare industry.
We are looking for a young, dynamic and enthusiastic candidate with proven experience in Projects and Sales/Marketing to come on board and help deliver key projects and provide sales and marketing assistance as well as administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
• Organising meetings and operation tasks
• Using sales/marketing techniques to initiate registration and provide details of service offered by the company
• Using negotiation skills to communicate with potential clients, customers and sponsors and to maintain strong working relationship
• Drafting marketing and business plans as well as providing new ideas and recommendations for managers when required
• Creating and effectively managing new projects
• Communicating in clear and polite manner over the phone, via email and face to face with clients, customers and sponsors
• Managing invoices, chasing payments and all other basic accounting issues
• Updating and writing content for all forms of social media as well
• Managing company website and setting up video platforms by uploading and regularly updating content using Content Management System
• Helping with general and administrative duties as required

Essential requirements
• Excellent English, both written and oral
• Microsoft Office- advance knowledge
• Very good communication skills
• Some relevant experience in Sales and Marketing as well as Projects
• Able to arrange and follow through with Clients Meetings
• Highly efficient interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance
• Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
• Willing to show a flexible reproach to work additional hours for events when required
• Organisational and managerial skills

Desirable attributes
• Ideal for graduate as this is an internship
• Experience in relevant areas
• A prior understanding/ Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Worked in/or with a small team with experience relating to a business environment
• Respond well to pressure when faced with deadlines
• Respond well to constructive criticism
• Some knowledge of video production (filming and editing)

Location
We are located in Romford/ Hornchurch, North East London.

Working hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (earlier finish on Fridays dependent)

Duration
6-12 months (preferably 12 months)

Start day
July 2017

Salary
A help of £700 a month will be provided to assist with accommodation and subsistence.
