Based in our London office, the Loyalty
Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for the communication, benefits
and rewards strategy for H&M Membership. This role will focus on creating
and executing a long-term customer centric strategy for the business alongside
the wider Loyalty and sales team. 


 


As the Loyalty Marketing
Project Manager, you will be responsible for the communication, benefits and
rewards strategy for H&M Membership:




•     
Plan, implement and
follow-up on the local communication, benefits and rewards strategy,
incorporating price perception and full price focusses


•     
Drive the H&M
Membership brand through global, local and commercial focusses


•     
Incorporate local
commercial strategy into H&M Membership, working hand-in-hand with all
Marketing Concept Managers and wider Sales team


•     
React to short-term, local
selling situations to support wider commercial KPIs


•     
Apply insights and data
(internal and external) to decision making, and identify new opportunities to
connect with customers to drive brand building


•     
Liaise with internal
stakeholders at all levels of the business, including Global/Regional teams and
Local Area Teams


•     
Manage external partners
including partnership agency to negotiate opportunities in line with business
objectives, and production/events agencies


•     
Work with the Loyalty
Manager and wider marketing team on ad-hoc events or activities


             



Reporting




•     
Follow up and report on KPI’s
and objectives connected to the overall membership goals


•     
Driving constant
improvement through insights


 


Budget and cost




•     
Plan, forecast and control
budgets, and follow up monthly


•     
Sign-off detailed project
strategy and budget with the Loyalty Manager


•     
Build the Membership deals
strategy connected to commercial goals alongside the local sales team, online
team and team manager


•     
Review and process invoices


 


Do you have?




•     
Marketing, communication or
business degree/relevant qualifications


•     
5+ years of experience in a
loyalty, business or brand marketing focussed role


•     
Experience in multichannel
customer marketing


•     
Excellent digital
knowledge, and a thorough understanding of future digital trends


•     
Strong analytical skills
driven by achieving business results  


•     
The ability to think both
tactically and strategically


•     
Experience delivering in a
fast-paced environment


•     
Strong communication skills
to inspire, influence and present in an informative manner to all levels of
stakeholders around the business  


•     
An interest and knowledge
of fashion


•     
High level of English
language, both spoken and written
