Job description

Role Mission

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will manage the display material logistics for all watch and jewellery point of sale including SIS and Event furniture. He/she will be responsible for the production and delivery of all in store graphics, promotional display materials and printed sales support items, thus enhancing the visibility and sales of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities

DISPLAY

Manage incoming and outgoing stock movements/shipments

Assist in the ordering of new materials

Liaise with TMs and VM's on weekly display needs.

Respond to ad hoc display requests ensuring each POS has best fitting display

Coordinate new POS openings/refits: ensure timely delivery of displays and Sales & Marketing tools

Analyse stock reports

Manage timely disposal of old stock

SHOP-IN-SHOPS

Project manage SIS manufacture, shipment and installation

Liaise with suppliers, retailers, Head office and manufacturers

SIS repairs - arrange under warranty or with external trades

Organise temporary graphics and furniture where required

Organise collection and disposal/refurbishment where applicable

Update Store Metrics - images and sales figures

IN STORE GRAPHICS

Manage In store graphic launches

Ad Hoc Image orders through TM's and VM's

Manage backboard image ordering and distribution

AD HOC SALES SUPPORT

ACD - update on Store Metrics

Assist MD where required on Budget submissions relating to POS

Baselworld - update online platform with UK arrangements
