Summary
Role Mission
Play a key role for ensuring in-store operational excellence with consistency and managing the operation team of all channels- Full Price, Outlet and Travel Retail. Visit stores periodically to ensure maintained the standard, giving feedback to retail leadership to for the improvement. Understands all corporate initiatives and make sure it’s implemented smoothly, proactively review the progress and report with action plans if needed.

Key Accountabilities

STORE OPERATIONS TEAM MANAGEMENT

・ Plan and execute monthly in store operation managers meeting to train staff members so that they can run the stores by their own with operational excellence. Give feedback to ARD/RM and collaborates with them for the development
・ Review and optimize store operations organization structure collaborating with ARD/RM and report to ROAD
・ Support creating store operation bible for standardizing in store operations with consistency.
・ Work close with ARD/RM and cross functional coordination to deliver solutions for the issues defined
・ Ensure smooth roll outs for all the projects to achieve its goal

BOH EFFICIENCY/ STOCK MANAGEMENT
・ Ensure BOH space is maximized and controlled, so the damage on the stock is minimized while the store inventory is kept in the best conditions at all time
・ Conduct monthly shrinkage call to achieve shrinkage target=0. Support store team to come up with effective action plans to prevent any loss in the store
・ Work with Inventory control team in finance to make sure scheduling physical inventory, follow up the results and report with action plans to improve.
・ Visit stores on regular basis to ensure operational excellence in the store. Give feedback to the SM/ RM/ ARD to improve. Submit the visit report to ROAD

・ Conducts regular review and provides constructive feedback on subordinate’s performance through monthly touch base and year end appraisal, defining individual development plans
・ Builds cohesive relationships with other team members, and stores to sustain a positive working environment in which people want to do their best and to be supportive of goals.
・ Establishes and develops effective professional relationships with external and internal business providers
・ Identifies and develop individuals with potential in order to satisfy future organizational needs
・ Exhibits reverence and passion for Gucci, demonstrating enthusiasm and pride in working at Gucci upholding the brand image and representing the company in any situations

・ Aware of luxury fashion retail industry with a focus on leading a multicultural stake holders
・ Accountability. Team-player mentality
・ Strong communication skills with Business level English
