Job Description

Role Mission

·  Offer a 24 months program, rotating store/office environment
·  Develop the business acumen and leadership capability as retail management in Gucci
·  Take the role of Team Manager after a final assessment

Key Accountabilities

·  Learn retail fundamental skills on the floor involving in sales, client service, clienteling activities and store operations
·  Participate in retail’s activities
·  Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
·  Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions
·  Have access to the development programs offered by the Global Talent and Global Retail Academy functions.
·  Participate in retail’s activities
·  Understand retail supporting department’s daily processes and goals during office work experience
·  Comprehensive knowledge to operate Retail Management System
·  Developing a career in the field of Retail Management
·  Optimize sales of merchandise through impeccable service by providing product knowledge, applying selling skills and interacting with customers.
·  Drive sales growth aligned with brand strategy on product mix and other guidelines

Key Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree or above
·  Graduates within the last 2 years or Max 1 year of work experience in Retail industry (Luxury Retail Preferred)
·  Passion for a career in Luxury retail management
·  Demonstrated an interest or affinity to leadership and teamwork.
·  Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
·  Team-player mentality, Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
·  Ability to communicate in English
