Welcome in Gucci Garden!

About the role:

You will be engaged as Brand Ambassador of our Gucci Garden Concept in its entirety!

You will accompany customers in an unforgettable journey through our brand heritage and advising them through the unique and exclusive collection present in the Store.

You will be involved in:

· Understanding and actively connecting with the store and the Gallery altogether
· Delivering an excellent retail experience promoting our Gucci Garden culture
· Building new relationship with our local and international customers exceeding their expectations
· Guiding, enchanting our visitors through the amazing Gallery and engaging them with knowledgeable storytelling of our Gucci Heritage
· Conveying the uniqueness of the Gucci Garden merchandising
· Driving sales target achievements and store needs through passion and "I will" attitude

Qualifications :

So, if you:

·  have experience in Luxury retail or Hospitality environment
·  are empathic and have highly qualitied customer culture ( look after clients comes natural to you! You respond to their needs providing a remarkable experience as much as you desire to receive in return)
·  are a self-driven person rhythming your priorities with precision and positivness
·  are a team-player and collaborative
·  have strong communication skills
·  are flexible
·  and are a proactive, enthusiastic and spontaneous Gucci passionate
