demands are increasing on C&B for more qualitative involvement in HR strategy planning as well as business
functions priorities in short/mid terms, to sustain the organization growth. And for long term, C&B will be the critical
key role to build employees engagement by providing distinguished HR programs, guidelines, and systems.
This rol e also needs to act as business partner to work closely with t he Retail Performance Excellence & HR Controller
in Finance, recognizing the direction & priorities by being always aligned with HR key managers and CPO . By
closely collaborating with stakeholde rs, s/he will p roactively identify the priorities of HR initiatives.
