Summary
The Client Advisor is a Gucci Ambassador and is an integral role in nurturing brand loyalty. The key responsibilities include the delivery of excellent service to our clients and the achievement of the monthly sales objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
1. SALES AND CLIENT SERVICE
•\tMaintain and grow the clientele base by active engagement and excellent client service by active client engagement and regular communication
•\tPlay an active role as Brand Ambassador by inculcating the brand vision to instill consumer brand loyalty
•\tProactive achievement of monthly sales objectives
•\tFollow-up on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services, proactively and independently
•\tOffer exceptional service standards, suggestions and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needs
•\tTake a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category information
•\tExercise team work and collaboration to ensure that client needs are placed at top priority
2. VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGEMENT
•\tCollaboration with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain and upkeep VM to be aligned with the WW visual guidelines
3. OPERATIONS
•\tAdhere to all in-store SOPs
•\tAssist with cashiering and daily closing settlement
•\tStocks receiving and packing in the respective categories assigned
•\tAll other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager
4. INVENTORY CONTROL
•\tConduct category scans for inventory purposes
•\tAssist with stock maintenance and cycle counts
•\tReplenishment of display merchandise as required

REQUIREMENT
•\tProficiency in Mandarin is a must
•\tWell-groomed with a pleasant disposition
•\tCustomer service oriented and driven in sales
•\tInquisitive mindset with the ability to engage
•\tIndependent individual with strong decision making skills
•\tPassionate in growing a career within the luxury fashion industry
