Assist Senior HR Manager of Taiwan, and Corporate Human Resources team, to implement human resources strategy with the business strategy. Support Senior HR Manager to develop overall strengths of human resources Learning and Development capabilities and processes in Taiwan. Practice HR L&D policies, systems and processes in Taiwan. Keep track with changes in the corporate L&D policies, market practice and labor regulations.
Responsible for general HR functions to provide services to corporate employees as a Business Partner.
Under Senior HR Manger’s supervision to execute HR functions in order to full fill employee needs.
Attract and recruit high caliber candidates to achieve the manpower plan and growth agenda. Develop a process to integrate, train and develop staff, specially focus on Travel Retail.
To work together with Senior HR Manager to fulfill vacancies and manage turnover.
Facilitation of training
Ensure that appropriate training programs are delivered in an effective and timely manner. Manage the delivery, quality and cost of training programs including planning and coordinating training calendar, venues and participants.
To coordinate with Kering L&D under Senior HR Manager’s supervision to ensure positive training result with feasible and effective facilitation skills.
Conduct training evaluation to ensure, positive, effectiveness, applicability and continuous improvement of training programs.
To maintain training record and advise for further improvement.
Manage training and employee relationship administration and exercise budgetary control.
To administer and report HR L&D progress within planned budget.
Lead other projects including changemaker, and EX-Employee Experience related projects.
Assist Senior HR Manager to facilitate effective implementation of the performance conversation.
