As a member of this team YOU can provide and maintain a high quality SKU level data platform that supports end to end planning methodology, and supports the Supply Chain Planning Manager with performance management, reporting, data entry and problem resolution.

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are

• Builds and maintains business intelligence processes to support end to end planning.
• Provides scenario modeling to support supply chain planning teams and the Supply Chain Analysis Manager.
• Produces KPI reports for the region, and works with supply chain contacts e.g. sites, move product to get required data and provide validation.
• Investigates the root cause of issues and recommends actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Builds Supply Review Meeting (SRM) packs for relevant meetings as part of the Core Commercial Cycle.
• Evaluates supply chain performance and trends e.g. APO / SOLSX
• Provides periodic static data extraction and validation for integrity and consistency; ensures data updated in relevant supply chain systems; provides KPI measures around data integrity and accuracy.
• Provides standard reporting for the region and dynamic reporting across categories / structures; links to site based teams for local MRP data and SART (Stock At Risk Tool) additional reporting / analysis.
• Change control (ownership and/or support) for data system changes for supply chain planning e.g. rate or capacity changes for Rough Cut Capacity Planning.

Preferred qualifications:
We are looking for people/professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

• University Major Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Fully Bilingual English – Spanish (Portuguese desirable)
• Advanced level Excel skills required.

Previous experience required:

• Overall this position requires 2 years or more of experience performing similar positions
• Extensive experience in statistical analysis in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment or the application of statistical analysis to support supply chain management decision making.
